Hello! My name is Ginny Laman and I am the Director of Recruiting at Jetrecruiter. I joined the team in 2020 and recruiting quickly became a passion of mine. I live in Northwest Arkansas with my husband, two dogs, and cat. We are nature people, and on the weekends, we love to explore the natural state of Arkansas! I believe in teamwork and that every situation should be approached with a can-do attitude. Ultimately, my goal is to drive our business forward by finding the best candidates to join our team!
